Our kind, courteous receptionists will be happy to help you out with anything you need. We’re listing just our main services, but do ask at your location for any other form of assistance.
Upon arrival, each guest will receive information about the most interesting attractions in the area, along with a city map. Some of our facilities offer a complimentary welcome drink.
Couples travelling for a honeymoon, anniversary or birthday will get extra-special treatment, with a pleasant surprise waiting in their room.


Valet Parking

We are partnered with several parking lots in the historic center, to offer a handy service to guests arriving by car: vehicle pick-up and drop-off + garage parking. Guests who arrive with their own car can request this service at the front desk and their vehicle will be picked up by a valet, driven to the garage, and brought back in front of the hotel/B&B/flat whenever they need it.
This service includes uploading the license plate for a retroactive permit to enter the restricted traffic zone.
Cost: starting from €25 per day.


Museum booking

Our guests can book tickets for Florence’s leading museums through our concierge service, to avoid long waits at the entrance. This is a particularly useful service for anyone planning to visit the Uffizi or the Accademia.
Cost: our assistance is free, but the museums charge a €4 supplement per ticket.


Restaurant booking

Whether it’s for a candlelight dinner or a business luncheon, we can suggest just the place you need.


Tours of Florence and the area

Our partnership with several local tour operators makes it easy to book guided tours of Florence’s amazing historic center, or visit Chianti and other breathtaking areas close to our city.
